We offer a 30-day refund policy for items that are damaged or have other faults. This means you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item if it meets the following criteria:
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- You contact us at support@melodysheep.shop or through the contact form here
- You provide photos or other evidence of the damage or fault
If five days have past after the latest estimated arrival time of your order, please immediately contact us, so we can arrange a refund or priority reshipment.
Unfortunately, we can’t commit to offer a full refund for other reasons, such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size, as each item is custom made to your order. So make sure you read the size charts before purchase! However, we’ll try our best to make it right, so please reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do.
You don't need to return your item in case you receive a full refund or replacement product. Consider donating it to charity or giving it away.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Exchanges
We review all requests on a case-by-case basis. If we find that the refund/exchange request is eligible for replacement item, you will receive one free of charge, and can keep the old one. No need to return it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
